User Research

I spent 3 years working as a UX researcher, using both moderated and unmoderated research techniques including card sorts, treejacks, usability tests and interviews.

These user research posters, which I printed and stuck on the walls of the office, demonstrate a finding or pain point, a solution that was implemented or tested and the impact that solution had on the user experience.

These examples demonstrate the power of research and design in changing a user's experience.
